Welcome to Sweatsedodick. I am the President of Sweatsedo, the leisurewear company. If you are not familiar with Sweatsedo check it out at sweatsedo.com or stop by our store. Sweatsedo has been around for six and a half years making people of all shapes and sizes comfortable and happy. We make extremely comfortable sweatsuits out of super comfy materials like velour and terrycloth. Sweatsedo is based in Culver City, part of Los Angeles.
I live in Los Angeles right next to Venice CA, and the world famous Venice Beach. I bring this up because a lot of the pictures I post, Venice Beach will be the backdrop. A lot of things go on at Venice Beach, some good some bad. I am a huge fan of the On the Waterfront a.k.a The Bitburger. I also enjoy biking the boardwalk and checking out all of the "colorful" people that make Venice Beach what it is.
I will use this blog to post interesting things that are happening at Sweatsedo, like right now there is a container full of Sweatsedos at the Port of Los Angeles and I have the most useless customs broker in the world. (I hope they read this). That brings us to the next point....There IS a container of new Sweatsedos so very close. If my useless broker could get them through customs we'd have 2 exciting new colors for the summer and refill everything we are out of. I tell myself not to worry, they will be here soon!
I will use the blog to introduce you to all the great people that work here as well. So many personalities blended together to make your Sweatsedo experience memorable.
I will also use it rant about injustices(see above crappy customs broker)to me, my friends and my company. I'll keep it relatively clean, but sometimes situations call for a colorful description.
It's off to Jazzfest in New Orleans, LA. Being in charge of a leisure company requires not only managing the day to day of a fashion company, planning long term goals, etc... but most importantly, one needs to get the proper amount of leisure time. Taking in live music(preferably Funk) and incredible food, are all part of the lifestyle. Hence I will be "moving at the speed of leisure" for the next week.
